The goal

Build a theme account from zero, with no existing audience, and find out what makes content travel on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

What I did

  • Started Vaveidan on 4 January 2026 with short videos about Pokémon fan games
  • Posted short-form videos made for each platform: Reels, TikToks and Shorts
  • Wrote hook titles that make people stop scrolling, like “THIS Fan Game is WORTH your TIME!”
  • Checked the analytics of every post to see which formats bring reach, and made more of those

What the numbers show

  • The algorithm brings the reach. On every top post, 99–100% of the audience didn’t follow the account yet. Most views came from the Reels tab, the For You feed and the Shorts feed.
  • People search for this niche. On TikTok, a quarter to a third of the views on the top posts came from search, so keywords in the caption and on screen matter.
  • People keep watching. On YouTube, viewers watched 72–85% of each top Short on average.
  • Views turn into followers. The nine top posts alone brought around 5,500 new followers.
  • One video can win everywhere. The same video is the number one on Instagram (1 million views) and on TikTok (1.4 million views).

Social ads · Campaign 2025

Summer Drop

Paid social campaign for a streetwear label’s summer collection.

The brief

Launch a limited summer collection to a Gen-Z audience on Instagram and TikTok, on a small budget and in six weeks.

What I did

I designed one bold key visual and a flexible layout system in Figma, so all 41 ad variants came from the same few components. I retouched the product shots in Photoshop and worked with the copywriter on short, loud headlines that still work at a glance.

The result

The campaign beat the previous drop’s click-through rate by 32 %, and the template set is still used for new launches.

What I learned

Fewer, bolder ideas travel better across formats than many small ones.

Branding · Packaging 2024

Roast & Rebrand

A fresh identity and packaging system for a small coffee roastery.

The brief

The roastery had grown out of its home-made logo. The owners wanted something that looks confident on a shelf, without losing the friendly local feel.

What I did

I kept the spirit of the old mark and redrew it as a simple monogram. A warm palette, one bold typeface and a strict grid make the packaging recognisable from across the shop. Social templates let the owners post on-brand without a designer.

The result

The new bags launched with the autumn range. The owners now create their own social posts from the templates.

Key visual · Print · Out-of-home 2024

Open Campus Day

Key visual and roll-out for a university open day, from posters to city light boards.

The brief

Make the open day impossible to miss in the city, and attract students who had never considered this university.

What I did

I proposed the “one word per poster” idea: three posters that work alone and together. Then I built the grid that let the team adapt it to 25 formats quickly, from posters and city light boards to social posts and signage.

The result

More visitors than the year before, and a system the university reused the following year.

04 / 04

Amazon · Ebay · Shopify 2026

Amazon Listing Design - telly

A complete Amazon listing design for the fictional brand “Telly,” which sells high-quality, eco-friendly, durable, and sturdy tote bags on Amazon.

The brief

The team published new banners every week and waited days for design. They needed speed without losing the brand.

What I did

I audited six months of old banners, found the patterns that performed and turned them into auto-layout components with clear rules.

The result

Banners that took an afternoon now take about an hour, and they finally look like one brand.
